They're simply using your email address in the "reply-to" or "from" field in their messages. I'm guessing that what you're seeing are messages to email addresses that aren't valid, and so they bounce back to the sender...which, according to the original message, is you. All you can do is wait 'em out; they'll eventually move on to some other poor sap's address (probably mine). Or if it bugs you enough, you can change email addresses and delete the one they're using. But that's pretty extreme.Eric Siegmundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10123025910283830807noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15381032.post-4430572869776673912010-07-23T08:51:43.343-07:002010-07-23T08:51:43.343-07:00Cool, thanks for the advice. I'm just not keen being announced as the "Official" site or rerpresentative for Viagra. (seriously, that's what the email said) Something about that makes me uncomfortable. Now if I was declared the new old spice guy I might buy into it.Bob Westbrookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01813710062309806682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15381032.post-72012690700497329972010-07-23T08:42:33.851-07:002010-07-23T08:42:33.851-07:00Bob, the email issue you describe at the end of yo...Bob, the email issue you describe at the end of your post isn't necessarily related to your computer at all. It could be that a spammer just picked up your email address and is using it for nefarious purposes.

If they were actually using your computer and email server to send out spam, your ISP would have likely kicked you off their service by now.Eric Siegmundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10123025910283830807noreply@blogger.com
